The middle of the year is here, say goodbye to the blank slate of January, it's time we start falling into the goals and plans we set out to accomplish. It’s the beginning of a new season; summer for some, winter for others. Nevertheless, June is a time to review our progress from the former half of the year, see what's working, what's not. It's about changing up our routines, assessing ourselves and what better way to reflect than with some good ol' fashioned journaling!
